LKTech and All4Computers announce merger
Grant Watkin, owner and operator of All 4 Computers has come to an agreement with LKTech to become part of the LKTech services family. This is more than just a 'family of companies', as Grant is also a member of the extened family of the the principle partners of LKTech, Tim and Samuel Barker. "As I was making the decision to move my career in a new direction, I was concerned about my current customers receiving the level of service they deserved", Grant said. "My Uncles Tim and Sam had such a great system in place and provided such good service to their customers, I knew all of my friends and customers would be well taken care of." With Grant's help, LKTech begin servicing the All 4 Computers customers immediately. When asked about the merger and how it would affect customer service, Samuel had this to say: "It's always a challenge to take on another IT provider's customers. It's hard to know if the customer configurations are going to be up to acceptable standards, and if the customer's themselves have been well taken care of and well educated. Since we know Grant so well, and are well aware of his knowlege and capabilites, we're not so worried about those issues in this case." LKTech has agreed to honor All 4 Computers' rate structure for all of the customers affected by the merger. Previous customers of All 4 Computers will now be able to take advantage of LKTech's advanced capabilities and new service offerings such as Managed Services, Automated Online Backup and Systems Monitoring.
