We believe very strongly that high quality technical support should be accessible for all, from the home user with one computer to the low level assistant in a large corporation.  Technical support should be reasonably priced, easily accessed, and easily understood.  No computer or network problem is so technical that it can't be explained in easy to understand terms with the customer being educated as to what caused the problem and what the solution to the problem is; There are no 'secret fixes' at LKTech.

We offer no-charge system surveys, and never charge for a support call that does not solve the problem.
